Who We Are & What This Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how DAX Creative Hub LLC (“DAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit daxcreativehub.com, submit an inquiry, request a quote, purchase or inquire about a Mobiletiser™, request Mobiletising™ advertising services, or communicate with us.

This notice applies to information that identifies you or can reasonably be associated with you. Certain business-to-business records may be treated differently under applicable privacy laws. This notice does not replace separate terms and privacy notices from payment processors, financing providers, GPS service operators or external websites.

Categories of Information

Depending on how you interact with DAX, the personal information we may collect includes:

• Contact and identity details: name, email address, telephone number, business name, job title, industry and mailing or shipping address.
• Inquiry and order details: Mobiletiser model of interest, selected upgrades, design preferences, quotes, invoices, order and transaction references, fulfillment instructions and communications.
• Vehicle and installation information: vehicle make, model, year, mounting requirements, electrical compatibility information, photographs you provide and installer contact details when relevant to your order.
• Advertising and creative materials: logos, uploaded artwork, campaign instructions, promotional copy, business branding and information you voluntarily include in project files.
• Support and correspondence: questions, warranty requests, troubleshooting information, service records and customer feedback.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, site usage and cookie or similar identifiers, depending on the technologies enabled on the website.
• Payment-related information: amount paid, payment status, invoice number and limited transaction details received from a payment provider. When a hosted payment processor handles card payments, payment-card details are collected through that provider rather than through our website form.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank-login credentials, full payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information in general website contact forms or email messages.

How Information Reaches Us

We obtain information directly from you through inquiry forms, orders, emails, telephone calls, financing or installation coordination, artwork submissions and support requests. We may also receive relevant information from service providers, such as transaction confirmation from Stripe, delivery or installation status from a contractor, and application status from a financing provider if you choose to apply.

Some website technical information may be collected automatically through hosting logs, security services, cookies and measurement technologies, depending on site configuration. We may receive business contact information from lawful referrals or business partners when needed to respond to an introduction or inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information to:

• Respond to questions and provide quotes or product recommendations.
• Verify specifications and vehicle compatibility for an intended Mobiletiser configuration.
• Process or coordinate orders, payments, build scheduling, fabrication, delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate required professional vehicle-side wiring or other installation services.
• Provide custom wraps, ad designs, campaign management, updates and other services you request.
• Maintain customer records, provide technical support and administer warranty claims.
• Communicate important order, safety, security, policy and service information.
• Protect the website, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain business records.
• Understand site performance and improve services where permitted by applicable law.
• Send promotional communications when permitted by law and based on any consent required.

We use information for the purposes communicated at collection or for other compatible lawful purposes. Where applicable law requires additional consent, we will obtain it before the relevant processing.

Orders, Payments & Shipping

When you place an order or submit a build request, we may use your information to create a quote, confirm your selected Mobiletiser model and add-ons, assess delivery or installation needs, collect payment, provide status updates and arrange fulfillment.

Payments may be handled by a third-party provider, such as Stripe, through a checkout page or payment link. That provider may collect payment and billing information subject to its own privacy notice and security practices. DAX generally receives limited information necessary to confirm or reconcile the transaction, rather than your complete payment-card number.

Shipping providers, installers, fabricators and other service partners may receive the minimum contact, order or vehicle information reasonably needed to carry out their portion of your purchase.

Third-Party Financing Applications

If DAX offers an application link or financing option, financing is provided or arranged by an independent third-party financing company, not by DAX unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Applications, credit reviews, lending decisions, payment schedules and repayment processing are subject to that provider's own privacy notices and financing terms.

DAX does not require you to send credit application details or Social Security numbers through our general contact form. When a financing provider shares application status, approval, funding confirmation or information needed to fulfill an approved purchase, we may use that limited information to complete the transaction. We do not represent that a financing integration or specific lender is currently available unless offered on the website or in a written quote.

GPS Tracking & Device Information

Certain Mobiletiser configurations may offer optional or included GPS tracking and connected-device services. Those features can involve vehicle or device location, GPS coordinates, device identifiers, timestamps, operating status or related diagnostic information.

Whether DAX has access to that data depends on the device, subscription and tracking provider selected. Purchasing a Mobiletiser does not automatically authorize DAX to monitor the buyer's location. If DAX administers a GPS platform or receives location/telemetry data, we will explain the relevant service provider, purposes, recipients, retention and privacy choices at or before activation; additional device-specific terms or notices may apply.

Device owners are responsible for using any tracking feature lawfully and for giving required notices or obtaining any required permission from drivers and other affected persons. We do not use location features to secretly track individuals.

When We Share Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to the following categories of recipients:

• Payment and finance providers to process transactions or financing applications you choose to initiate.
• Manufacturing, delivery and installation partners for orders, component fabrication, shipping, pickup and professional vehicle wiring.
• IT, hosting and security providers supporting our website, email, software, data storage and customer communications.
• Creative and advertising partners when required to prepare customer-requested artwork or campaign services.
• Legal advisers, insurers, authorities or other recipients when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with legal process or respond to lawful requests.
• Business transferees as part of a genuine merger, reorganization, financing, asset transaction or sale of the company, subject to applicable law.

Our intention is not to sell customer contact lists as a business product. However, some third-party advertising or analytics technologies, if enabled, may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain state laws even without exchanging money. Where those laws apply, DAX will provide the required disclosures and opt-out method before engaging in covered activities. This policy does not by itself disable tracking technologies.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Tools

The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, protection against abuse and checkout routing. Depending on which plugins or integrations are active, it may also use analytics, embedded media or advertising pixels to measure traffic or campaign performance.

You may be able to block or delete cookies in your browser. Some features may function differently without essential cookies. Where applicable laws require consent, a preference center or recognition of an opt-out signal for nonessential tracking, those controls must be implemented on the website in addition to this written policy.

Email, Calls & Text Messages

We may contact you about an inquiry, quotation, pending purchase, device delivery, safety issue, warranty or other service-related matter using the contact information you provide.

If you separately opt in to promotional emails or texts, we may send relevant product announcements, special offers or Mobiletising information in accordance with applicable law. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. If promotional texting is offered, applicable consent and opt-out instructions will be presented at signup.

Consent to unrelated marketing messages is not a condition of buying a Mobiletiser. Opting out of marketing will not prevent transactional, safety, warranty or legally required communications.

How Long We Keep Data

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage customer relationships, complete orders, honor warranties, resolve disputes, protect our systems, meet accounting and tax requirements, or comply with other legal duties. Different records may be kept for different periods depending on their purpose.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we seek to delete, de-identify or securely dispose of it as appropriate, subject to applicable retention obligations and technical limitations such as backup cycles. If GPS or connected-device information is processed through a separate provider, its retention practices may also be governed by that provider's notice.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, and we seek service providers with suitable protections. These measures may include access restrictions, secured accounts and managed payment processing.

No internet transmission, storage platform or security measure can guarantee complete protection. Please avoid sending sensitive credentials or complete payment-card information over email or through general inquiry forms. If you believe an interaction with DAX may have compromised your information, please contact us promptly.

Your Privacy Choices & Requests

Depending on your state of residence, the nature of the information and whether a particular law applies to DAX, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy of certain information, or to opt out of certain forms of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or covered profiling. Some rights and exceptions differ by jurisdiction.

We may take reasonable steps to verify identity or authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

We will explain any additional appeal or regulator-contact options required by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

For promotional communications, use the provided unsubscribe instructions. Browser-level controls may be available for cookies; where applicable, state-law preference signals must be honored through appropriate technical mechanisms, not just through this notice.

Texas & Other State Privacy Laws

DAX operates from Texas. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act generally exempts businesses that meet the applicable federal small-business definition, with a specific restriction on selling sensitive personal data without the required consent. Whether that or another privacy law applies to DAX depends on the company's actual operations, size, data practices, customers and the law in effect.

If a state privacy law applies to a particular request or processing activity, we will provide the rights and disclosures that law requires. Some jurisdictions require additional disclosures or links when a business uses data for targeted advertising or activities legally classified as selling or sharing personal information. We will update this notice and website controls if those activities and requirements apply.

Links, Embedded Content & Other Providers

Our website may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, video embeds, payment pages, financing applications, mapping services or tracking portals. They may collect information under their own privacy notices and use their own cookies or identifiers.

DAX does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Review their privacy notices before submitting financial information, creating an account or enabling a device-connected feature.

Children, International Visitors & Sensitive Data

Our website and commercial equipment are intended for business and adult audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can assess and address the situation as required by law.

DAX operates in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or wherever our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We do not ask website visitors to provide sensitive financial credentials, precise geolocation history or government identification through a general inquiry form. If a specific service requires sensitive information, we will use an appropriate method and provide any additional notice or consent required.
